I’m a versatile science writer, multimedia producer, and editor based on the West Coast. I was a staff writer and producer at the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) for more than 10 years. I have also created content for Science magazine, Scientific American, the San Diego Natural History Museum, Guru (museum AR/VR interactives), San Diego Zoo Global Academy, A&E Networks, Yellowstone Public Radio, Montana PBS, Smithsonian Networks, Animal Planet, Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology News, and the Wildlife Conservation Society.

I’ve covered a wide range of topics including biology, evolution, medicine, history of science, robotics, conservation, behavior, climate, and space science.

I am experienced with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as a variety of audio software (ProTools, Audition, Audacity), and content management systems.

My services include science writing, video editing, audio editing, motion graphics, content creation, web producing, e-learning, storyboarding, audio book editing, and voice-over coaching for non-profits, science and cultural institutions, museums, and more. I also translate and edit Spanish-language audio and video into English.
